Repair Policy
Our service policy covers labor on repairs derived from installation issues.
For the first year of coverage, we waive all service fees. After the first year we charge a nominal service fee if we have to make a service call to your home to address the repair.
This service fee can often be avoided on repairs such as screen or window sash replacement by picking up the replacement parts from our office or having them shipped directly to your house and performing a simple, do-it-yourself installation.
