Custom Window Replacement

When Chris and Dave decided to upgrade the builder grade windows in their Southwest Omaha home they chose United Services to install triple pane energy efficient replacement windows. A dark oak woodgrain interior was selected to match their home’s wood trim. The brown exterior window finish was chosen to compliment the house’s brick and brown siding. Color-matched colonial style grids added a stately finish to the windows.

Entry Door Replacement

In addition to the replacement windows, the  front entry was redesigned with a beautiful custom ProVia entry door with decorative glass sidelights and full glass storm door, which replaced an outdated and less secure door.

DaVinci Replacement Roofing and Seamless Gutters

A couple years later when a hail storm damaged the home’s roofing shingles and dented the gutters Chris and Dave needed an Omaha roofing contractor and knew they could count on United Services to help. The homeowners took this opportunity to upgrade their roofing to DaVinci composite shingles from their existing high profile asphalt laminate shingles. United Services worked with Chris and Dave’s homeowner’s insurance to ensure all storm damage repairs were fully covered besides the cost to upgrade to DaVinci shingles.  The DaVinci shake roofing adds timeless curb appeal backed by a lifetime warranty. Synthetic roofing felt installed under the shingles adds extra protection against snow and rain. New 6″ seamless gutters and downspouts completed the project.

Mark Passer (United Services): Quick comments on how you like the overall projects I’ve done throughout the years? 

Chris (Homeowner): Mark’s been great to work with. Customer service is key for us, that’s what my business is about, it’s giving good customer service. Like he said he did the windows, he’s done the roof and actually he did our whole front door area. Came in with an idea with our skylights and we replaced the door and windows with them on that side of the house in the front. So yeah we’ve enjoyed working with Mark for quite a while now. 

Mark: Well thank you, it takes, I always say, two to tango, it takes great people to deal with and communicate with and obviously it takes a good product and a company to do it. Hi, Mark here from United Services Design and Build. I’m at one of our houses. We did the ProVia door with two side lights. We installed all of the custom windows with a custom color and brick mold around the windows. We installed DaVinci roofing and bronze six-inch gutters. We did the windows in 2016 along with the door in 2016. After the last hailstorm we did the Davinci roof which we upgraded from wood shake to DaVinci through the insurance company.
