Our Beginning:
Allen Passer founded United Services in 1966. While helping his parents run a local grocery store at a young age, he learned the importance of treating others with honesty and respect. With those values, he founded United Services as a siding and roofing company.
Mark, Allen's son, began working for his dad at the age of 14, and has been with the company ever since. As the present owner, Mark expanded our services to include replacement windows, painting, siding and kitchen and bath remodeling, to create a full service home improvement company.
At United Services, our guarantee is to preserve the character of every home, while creating energy efficient, low maintenance, long lasting and beautiful solutions.

Mark Passer - Owner
Born and raised in Omaha, Mark attended Westside High School - graduating class of '86 - and was active in athletics, wrestling being his #1 sport. After high school, he continued to wrestle while attending the University of Nebraska Omaha, and took up boxing for a short time through the CW Boxing club.
At the age of 30 he decided to retire from combat sports, and today he spends his time between our Omaha and Colorado locations, traveling and watching baseball. "I'm happy to be able to continue my father's vision and work every day to make him proud."
Sheri Dietrich - Attorney/Human Resources
Another member of the Passer family, Mark's sister Sheri, works for United Services as a human resources specialist and an attorney. She grew up in Omaha and attended Westside High School before attending the University of Wisconsin in Madison, followed by the University of Nebraska College of Law.
In her free time she likes to exercise and spend time with her family. "I enjoy working at United Services because I like the people I work with and the fast paced environment."
Michelle Kohrs - Business Manager
After attending Northwest High School in Omaha, Michelle went to Emerson College in Boston. Today, in her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, hiking in the Rockies and traveling. Her favorite places she's visited include the slopes of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the Mayan ruins of Belize, and the jungles of Malaysia.

Sharon Butts - Customer Care Specialist
Sharon graduated from North High in Sioux City, Iowa. Today, in her free time she enjoys cooking. Sharon has been a part of the team at United Services for 6 years working in customer care.

Cindy Kohll - Sales
Cindy grew up in Omaha and attended Westside High School. She went on to the great city of Boston where she graduated from Curry College with a B.A. in Communications. Cindy has lived, worked and travelled throughout many parts of the globe. She made New York City her home on and off for 19 years. While there, she married a native New Yorker and had two children before moving back to her native home Omaha 7 years ago.
